Floresis sells handcrafted silk floral arrangements, preserved botanical displays, wreaths, wall installations, and seasonal decor pieces. Every item is assembled from premium fabric petals and natural stems, designed to hold its shape without watering or wilting. We also accept custom color palette requests for weddings, anniversaries, and everyday styling. Orders are fulfilled through our studio at 11 Lengkongan Vethavanam, Kuala Lumpur, 51100, Malaysia.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate delivery and contact details. Custom color palettes are confirmed by email before production begins; we will not start assembling a bespoke arrangement until the palette and silhouette are agreed upon in writing. If you need to adjust a custom order, contact us at info@floresis.com as soon as possible. Changes are possible only before the arrangement enters final assembly.
Silk flowers require minimal upkeep, but they are not indestructible. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade petal colors over time, and keep arrangements away from open flames and high humidity. To dust, use a soft dry cloth or a gentle stream of cool air. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, exposure to water, or attempts to reshape stems beyond their natural flexibility.
Our arrangements are decorative items, not toys or safety equipment. Floresi's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to staining of surfaces, allergic reactions to materials used in production, or incidental costs arising from delivery delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to this website if a user engages in fraudulent activity, misuses our contact forms, or attempts to disrupt the ordering process. Termination does not affect orders already confirmed in writing. If you wish to stop using the site, simply close your browser session; no further action is required.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always appear on this page, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
